Our staff is definitely the most valuable asset we own. To support both physical and mental health of our staff, we regularly organize special events and parties to share joy and memories together. We do regularly as well provide trainings on both skills-related topics and safety-related.

In view of the manpower shortage in the construction sector, we emphasize focus on nurturing young potential employees through collaborating with many institutes like VTC and HKIE to provide opportunities to the young generation.

Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Safety, “Scheme A”
Programme for Graduate Trainees

Winston has been regularly recruiting engineering graduates who possess a degree in Building Services Discipline or Mechanical Engineering to join the 2 to 3-year on-the-job training with professional and comprehensive guidance, in order to nurture young professional engineers who can undertake engineering projects with proper regard for the technical, economic, financial, environmental and social factors involved when they progress in their career development.

Trainees who successfully complete their “Scheme A” training will be accredited by HKIE as a Graduate Member.

The purpose of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) “Scheme A” Programme is to enable trainees to develop the qualities that a professional engineer requires, including

Apprentice Training Programme

We have been consistently collaborating with the Vocational Training Council (VTC) to support our apprentice to be an industry technical professional with required skillsets systematically through the integration of on-the-job training and classroom learning.

Registered under the HKSAR Government’s Apprenticeship Ordinance, Winston offers Apprenticeship Training Programme in below areas:

Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

Building Services

Craft Apprentice

Technician Apprentice

Minimum Entry Requirement

Completed Secondary 3

Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics

VTC Programme to Study

Diploma of Vocational Education – Earn and Learn / Certificate of Vocational Education

Project Engineer

Job Nature: Engineering

Division: Project

Job Duties:

Tendering, project / maintenance planning, design, installation and T&C;
Site supervision / coordination, and subcontractors management.
Reports & documents submission, AutoCad drawings.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
Min. 3 years’ relevant working experience
Responsible; self-motivated; with good inter-personal skill;
Good command of written English and Chinese;
Fresh graduates are also welcome and Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer

駐場冷氣技工

工作類別：技術和服務

工作部門：冷氣維修保養

Job Duties:

Co-ordination with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on site and project management;
Tendering, Purchasing, AutoCAD/BIM drawings & projects documentation control;
ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 implementation & documentation control

Requirements:

Recognized Degree in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering as accredited by HKIE Scheme “A” Training
Fresh Graduates or less than 2 year’s of working experience
Independent, can work under pressure
Strong interest & enthusiasm in developing a career towards engineering and/or business development
Proficient in both English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office operations; BIM skills a preference

Service Engineer

Job Nature: Engineering

Working location: HungHom office & Sites

Division: Services & Maintenance

Job Duties:

Assist in tendering, purchasing, documentation control and auto-cad drawings
Site Safety supervision
Co-ordination with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers on site and project management
Prepare reports and documents such as maintenance records and work progress reports.
Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering; or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Service / Maintenance area of A/C installations/ plants
Self-motivated, good inter-personal skill with internal and external parties
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer
